OK Pizza (“we”, “us”) operates the website okpizza.vn and related food-ordering services. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use our website, place orders, or use optional sign-in with Telegram or Facebook. This page is provided to meet common requirements for app stores and developer programs (including Meta/Facebook and Google).

2.1 You provide

Orders: name, phone number, delivery address, order contents, comments, and information needed to complete payment and delivery.
Optional sign-in — Telegram: when you use Telegram Login, we receive data sent by Telegram for authentication (such as your Telegram user ID, first name, last name, and username if available).
Optional sign-in — Facebook: when you choose Facebook Login, we receive your Facebook user ID and display name from Meta’s API after you authorize our application. We verify the access token on our servers. We do not read your Facebook messages or post on your timeline unless you take a separate action in the product.

2.2 Automatically

Technical data such as IP address, browser type, language, and device information for security, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
Cookies and local storage to run the site (e.g. preferences, session, cart), maintain security, and remember your language where applicable.

3. How we use information

We use personal data to: process and deliver orders; communicate about your order; provide optional login; operate and improve our website and integrations; analyze usage in aggregate where appropriate; comply with law; and protect our users and business.

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures. No online transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
